Jip Boxstart is a stylist, casting Director, and founder of Canceled Casting, a casting agency based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She was first introduced to the fashion industry as a young model when she was 16. When Jip was 18 years old she decided to leave the design school and become a full-time model. Over time, photographers began to ask Jip to stylize the shoots, which left a huge impact on her as she began experimenting and dressing other models, thus showing her vision through styling.

Last year I launched my own casting agency, Canceled Casting, which operates from my hometown in Rotterdam. I'm interested in a wide range of faces focused on unique characters rather than the traditional direction of the fashion industry. There is no such thing as a beauty standard for me. I have so much fun meeting all these different people, getting to know them, and introducing them to a more inclusive niche in fashion.
