Siyeong Chang is a photographer based in Seoul. Spending his childhood in his grandfather's used camera shop, he naturally became fascinated with cameras and fashion magazines, dreaming of becoming a fashion photographer.

I often have dinner with people who work in fields unrelated to art. Listening to their stories about daily life and hardships often sparks unexpected ideas, which then become significant topics for my personal work.

I aim to capture the essence of ‘simple actions, like taking fruit out of a basket.’ This approach helps me move beyond a one-dimensional perspective and present a view that is closest to the subject.
