Ana, a London-based photographer, was born in Cusco to Peruvian parents and raised in Geneva. Her journey into the world of photography began during an internship at a Swiss law firm, where she discovered her true passion. Self-taught and driven, Ana embarked on personal projects and collaborations with Swiss artists and local brands. In 2021, Ana decided to pursue a creative path, relocating to London to complete a BA in Fashion Photography at the London College of Fashion. Her work fuses elements of fashion and documentary photography, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. For Ana, photography is a vital tool for exploring and reconnecting with her cultural heritage, reflected in her current personal project.

Through the interplay of natural light, unspoiled surroundings, and deliberate set design, my photographic work strives to establish a space of empowerment for my subjects. This experience profoundly resonated with me, becoming a pivotal influence both in front and behind the camera. It underscored the essential importance of fostering positive representation within the industry. As I continue to evolve as an artist, I aim to create work that contributes to this ongoing conversation.
