Evelyn Freja is a documentary and portrait photographer based in New York. She draws inspiration from organic, one-on-one moments with her subjects, often in her photo studio in Brooklyn, New York, where the busy streets of NYC fade away. A stylistic endeavor that I hope to create in my shoots is photographing my subjects in a studio or isolating them in a quiet pocket of nature. I like to strip away the outside noise and chaos that is going on in everyday life and circumstances — regardless if I only have five minutes or an hour with my subject, I hope to learn more about them and form a bond that is evident in the final photograph.

I am looking to collaborate with like-minded, kind, and creative people. I love being able to shoot in a studio and isolate the models, people, or subjects to their very essence and mood. I would love to work with people who embrace the beauty of individuals.
