Matthias Leton is a photographer born and raised in the German countryside. Shortly after moving to Berlin, Matthias received a bachelor's degree in media and communications management Surrounded by pastoral landscapes, Matthias discovered his love for photography at a young age after finding an old analog Minolta in his father's closet.

My work is based on many influences, which always lead to different sources of inspiration. On my journey as a photographer, I am very grateful for the people I've met, the places I could explore, the experiences I had, and the nights I let my thoughts spill onto the paper.

I see my work as creative research, always leading to new results. The most beautiful part of photography is that it's not tied to anything. Therefore, I would not describe my language through stylistic elements but rather through the path I overcome.

I look forward to creating a visual world through my work, capturing beautiful stories and spontaneous moments. I love bringing people together and making new creative connections.
