My interest in art started when I was a child. I was fascinated by creating images. First, it was through drawing, then through writing, and later, with photography. I have always been shy, and the camera, for me, became a social tool as well as an intimate one. With my training in Fine Arts, I developed a delicate vision that has been helping me to shape my projects. I currently work as a digital and analog photographer, and I have started to practice with video since cinema is one of my sources of inspiration.

When I finished my Master's degree in Author Photography, I exhibited my project Madriguera, which talks about the closeness of the spaces we inhabit, their inhabitants, and how both are constantly changing. It was based in the small town I grew up in, in the countryside, and showed how those places are changing in Spain. This project ended up becoming a photobook.

Feminism and environmentalism are transversal themes in my photographic work, always accompanied by a poetic halo born from the naturalness of my images. My style is based on everyday life and what surrounds me. I strive to tell stories that go further and appeal to us as individuals. My work speaks about our relationships with what surrounds us and how current systems shape those relationships. I like to interact with the environment and dissect it into details that speak for themselves. I always write about the possibilities of what I want to say and how I can say it. I am interested in reflecting on big current social issues through 'smaller' stories.

My current project is called La Estrella Polar es Madre. It speaks, from personal family experience and memory, of the women who stayed at home, dedicated to the care and home, and the political dimension that these tasks, always undervalued, entail. It is a testimony of the housewives and the vindication of this work, as well as the demand for its equal distribution.
